DEGASSING VALVE ZVT
Freshly roasted coffee releases the carbon dioxide generated during the roasting process, and reaches absolute pressure.
After excess gas released, the valve is closed automatically. Degassing is a natural process.
A valve is required to properly ensure the exchange of gases inside the package and to block the access of oxygen to the interior.
